You have the option of either completing the Contact Form or you can give us a call at Medallion to be set up in the system.
Once we have processed your livestock, we report back to you the value of Medallion Farmer Exchange credits your stock has earned. We will also load your credits on to your personal Farmer Exchange account, which will be identified by both your farm/business name and by your Medallion Pet Foods (MPF) Customer number. Your local PGGW store can access your credit balance using your MPF Customer number.
If you have an injured or sick beast, we will come to you. We offer this service to farmers near our Waipukurau factory only. Fees will apply. Simply give us a call or email us, and we will organise the process with you. Withholding periods can apply. Please discuss this with our staff.
All your Medallion Farmer Exchange credits can be redeemed at any of our partner stores. See the stockist list for details. Alternatively, Medallion dog food can be collected directly from our factory located in Waipukurau. The Medallion Farmer Exchange credits will be automatically deducted from your account at point of purchase. Each product has its own credit pricing. See Product Credit Rates for more information.
When you collect dog food from our factory or from one of our stockists, your account will be debited with the appropriate credit rate. See Product Credit Rates. You can check your account balance at any time via this website. LogIn to your account to do so now. Balances are updated weekly.
Yes, you can go into debit. If you go into debit, you will be advised by a monthly statement which has been converted into dollars. You can choose to settle the account by cash payment, or book in more livestock and top up your account.
